CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

 The call for application for the awards will be announced on the BHJ, KGUMSB, JDWNRH, MoH and all constituent faculties’ websites.

 Applicants can apply in more than one award categories.

 If separate application forms are received for the category from different individuals/organizations, such entries will be treated as one entry.

 The organizers have the right to reject any application in any category if false/misleading information is found to have been submitted in the application process.

 The organizers has the right to reorganize/reclassify application forms from one category to another, at its discretion.
